Ag Program
Coolidge Agriculture Education has a rich history of success and tradition, dating back to 1936 when the chapter was first established at Coolidge High School. Yes, you read that right—1936! This year, Coolidge FFA turns 88 and continues to thrive as the oldest and largest Career and Technical Education (CTE) program at Coolidge High School. With over 250 FFA members annually, the program's legacy of excellence is built on the dedication of its members and advisors.
Ms. Nissen and Mr. Gillespie are the current agriculture education instructors and FFA advisors, and they have done an outstanding job not only maintaining the program's success but also continuing to grow and expand its impact. Like all of Coolidge’s CTE programs, Coolidge FFA has a long list of achievements and provides countless services and activities for the community. In fact, Coolidge FFA is one of only three programs in the state to consistently achieve a Gold ranking in recent years, making our program constantly one of the best FFA programs throughout the entire state.
We want to extend our thanks to our FFA advisors for their hard work and dedication to our students and community.
