Transfer students who want to join a CHS Athletic Program will first have to complete an AIA 550 Student Online Transfer Form.
Please be aware that by filling out this form, it does not grant athletic eligibility. The final decision and requirements are made on behalf of the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA).
